My topic area specializations include: apprenticeship, work-based learning, community colleges, adult education, and disability and work.

I also have substantive experience in re-entry, social enterprise models, employer engagement, section 8 housing vouchers, and career and technical education.

Methods I understand very well and have used in my work and projects include: implementation studies, outcome studies, quasi-experimental and randomized assignment designs, statistical analysis, qualitative data analysis, outcome dashboard design and implementation, meeting and session facilitation, newsletter outreach campaigns, and participatory evaluation.
